




Chris Niles, B.Sc, CTM, CEC
A senior executive with 18 years experience in manufacturing, technology and professional services. The focus of my career has been the development of the unique capacity of each team and person I work with. I combine a unique sense of purpose with a proven capacity to always keep my clients agenda in focus.
Hard questions, a sense of adventure, creativity and an intuitive sense of what the situation requires enable me to strip away the unessential, create clarity, a powerful focus and the ability to move forward.
Equally comfortable in the boardroom, the side or a mountain or on a fast motorcycle, I use an experiential approach to releasing the extraordinary gifts that each of my clients have. My style is fun and creative, but always focused upon helping my clients own and generate measurable and important results, be it in their own lives, their companies or the communities and families where they live and work.
A geosciences graduate of the University of Toronto, a certified executive coach with extensive training and experience in technology management, new venture development, raising capital, corporate governance, marketing and sales enable me to understand the issues my clients face and truly partner with them and their goals.
When not working with clients, I can be found with my family canoeing in Northern Saskatchewan, mountaineering, sea kayaking or heading off on a motorcycle with a kid on the back to explore roads less traveled.
